WHAT WE DO

Our journey begins by finding land that is optimal for developing our projects. We focus on sites with:

1) High solar radiation
2) Proximity to electrical infrastructure
3) Proximity to energy consumption
4) Minimal environmental impact
5)  Maximized IRR

The goal is to sign long-term contracts for project execution with terms acceptable to financing banks.

Connecting to the electrical system is a vital component of a power generation project. Ensuring the full capacity can be dispatched is essential for achieving proper profitability. Our specialists verify network limitations and handle authorization procedures for grid connection, whether through ICC, SAC, or SUCTD.

Before formalizing a lease agreement with the landowner, our specialists, with over 15 years of experience in the sector in Europe and Chile, perform a detailed analysis of each project.
Each project is directly evaluated on-site to identify costs, specific requirements, and necessary works. This information is integrated into a highly accurate economic model refined by our expertise and constant collaboration with key industry stakeholders, including specialists, material suppliers, and local and international collaborators. This allows us to clearly project the expected return (IRR) of the project and determine its viability, ensuring maximum benefit for the end investor.

Once an agreement is reached with landowners, we sign a long-term lease contract for the project execution while conducting a comprehensive legal analysis of the land, reviewing all title information to anticipate any risks that may arise.

Simultaneously, we focus on establishing baselines and conducting all necessary studies to submit projects to the Environmental Impact Assessment System (SEIA). This work is carried out by our highly skilled internal staff, complemented by the support of external specialists and professionals.
We have extensive experience with over 30 environmental impact assessments submitted and their respective RCAs obtained, allowing us to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Our expertise enables us to anticipate potential issues and proactively address challenges, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and minimizing risks during construction, operation, and closure phases.

Additionally, we manage all other permits required for project construction, such as access permits, parallel permits, Sectoral Environmental Permits, electrical concessions, among others.
