COMPANY

At Sagittar, we have been developing photovoltaic projects in Europe and Latin America for 10 years. Thanks to the trust our clients have placed in our work, we have become a benchmark in the development of renewable energy projects.

At Sagittar, we develop PMGD and Utility Scale photovoltaic projects until all the necessary permits are obtained for the projects to begin construction and connect to the electrical grid (‘Ready to Build’).

Our work starts with finding ideal sites for the development of photovoltaic projects. We focus on the central region of Chile, a place with excellent solar radiation, major urban centers, and robust electrical infrastructure.

Our specialists then handle environmental, electrical, and legal studies to process the necessary permits to complete the project development.

Once the Ready to Build condition is reached, we transfer the project to our clients, who will finance, build, and operate the projects.

Federico Manfredi

Partner

Architect with a Master’s in Technological and Environmental Design from Politecnico di Milano. From 2013 to 2015, he worked on the construction of the 110 MW “Cerro Dominador” Thermal Plant in the Antofagasta Region, among other projects of the Abengoa group. Since 2015, he has specialized in the development of photovoltaic solar projects, totaling over 500 MW in Chile’s central regions.

Executive Team

Dario Di Leonardo

President

Member of the founding team of Sagittar Spa. From 2009 to 2013, he worked in Italy on photovoltaic project development, directly handling permitting and engineering teams, successfully developing over 30 MWp in projects ranging from 1 to 4 MWp. He has studied more than 500 MWp of projects, acquired 45 MW of photovoltaic projects, and a 30 MW wind farm in Italy. Since 2013, he has been dedicated to developing photovoltaic solar projects in Chile, creating a portfolio of around 500 MWp of PMG, PMGD, and Utility-scale projects.

Anner Jhoan Pellicer

Project Director

Civil Electrical Engineer with 8 years of experience in renewable energy, specializing in photovoltaic projects and energy efficiency. He currently leads the development of PMGD, PMG, and Utility-scale solar projects, working closely with various technical, legal, and environmental disciplines. As an MBA candidate at the University of Chile, he complements his strong technical background with strategic and leadership skills, consolidating a profile focused on sustainable development, efficient management of multidisciplinary teams, and the successful execution of high-impact projects.

Tamara Silva

Environmental Team Leader

Environmental Chemist with 13 years of experience in environmental management, specializing in environmental permitting, environmental audits, and comprehensive solid waste management. She currently leads the environmental permitting process for PMGD, PMG, and Utility-scale photovoltaic projects, ensuring compliance with current environmental regulations and promoting high-quality standards, obtaining Environmental Qualification Resolutions (RCA), environmental and sectorial permits, and providing support throughout the approval process.

Maximiliano Zañartu

Project Director

Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Electrical Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, MBA from IESE Business School, with over 9 years of experience in the Chilean electricity market. He currently leads the development of PMGD, PMG, and Utility-scale photovoltaic projects, managing project progress and coordinating the various teams involved. He worked for 6 years at the CGE Group, conducting project evaluations as the head of the PMGD area, overseeing operational efficiency, among other responsibilities. He also spent a year at Global Power Generation—Naturgy Group’s generation company—handling due diligence processes and the development of wind and photovoltaic projects.
